What the network is for

A cohort you keep

The people you go through a CLM program with come from other agencies, other missions and other problems. That is the point, and it is the part graduates say lasts longest after the coursework fades.

Where it leads

Graduates move into supervisory roles, candidate development programs and the senior executive bench. If you are weighing which program fits someone, start here, or ask us.

Was your team part of a CLM cohort?

Tell us who and when. We are always glad to hear where graduates have got to, and happy to talk about the next group.
